JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Quest Search and Selection is working with a well-known company in the Middle East who is looking for a Team lead - Front End Engineering. You will be working in an agile, dynamic environment and will be responsible for multi-faceted software development, integration, and application builds including mobile application components.
As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Develop structure and design of web platform
* Develop new features for user experience
* Optimize web design for relevant platforms (e.g. mobile)
* Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
* Document development phases
* Lead, mentor and manage junior developers

REQUIREMENTS
Desirable skills and background:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or any relevant field
* Must have experience in coding for an e-commerce/retail business.
* Expert in ReactJS - over 3 years, Javascript (Guru), HTML, CSS, knowledgeable in UI/UX
* Preferably be able to bring in European best practices
* Has worked in an agile environment
* Good delegation and time management skills
* Problem-solving abilities
