JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to support a very busy Executive Chairman in a dual role. You will serve both as a Cabin Attendant on his private aircraft and as a full-time Administrative Assistant when not flying. This unique position requires a versatile individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a wide range of responsibilities with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute, along with excellent IT skills.
- Ability to manage correspondence, draft and summarize reports.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Capable of managing a constantly changing schedule.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Coordinate with various offices, institutions, corporations, and foundations.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
- Conduct research and summarize materials as needed.
- Coordinate effectively with senior staff members.
- Attend high-level meetings discreetly and take accurate minutes.
- Follow up on complex tasks and handle personal and family matters.
- Organize events ranging from working dinners to conferences.
- Maintain consistent communication with key contacts of the Chairman.
- Demonstrate dedication, commitment, and the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Display a pleasant, professional personality and be a strong team player.
- Uphold total confidentiality in all matters.
- Possess advanced IT skills.
Cabin Attendant Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a cabin attendant on private business aircraft, preferably the Global 5000.
- Willingness to work 24/7 and travel extensively without personal commitments.
- Proficient in handling all cabin requirements, including safety, catering, organization, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with operations and crew to ensure smooth transit, including catering, ground transport, and luggage supervision.
- Maintain an efficient mobile filing system.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Personal Assistant to high-level executives. Experienced Corporate Flight Attendant with a background in private business aircraft.- Skilled in executive-level administrative tasks such as managing schedules, drafting reports, and coordinating events.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle high-pressure environments.
- Available for extensive travel and capable of working 24/7 without personal commitments.
- Resides in London.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
