JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support the design, optimization, and implementation of oil and gas processing systems across various project phases. The successful candidate will:
– Participate in the design and optimization of oil and gas processing flow schemes, including separation, compression, dehydration, and sweetening processes.
– Select and size process equipment in alignment with project requirements and international standards.
– Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams during the FEED and EPC phases to ensure alignment of process deliverables.
– Provide technical support to procurement and construction teams regarding equipment specifications and process-related clarifications.
– Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including review of process control narratives, P&IDs, and startup procedures.
– Perform process simulations and calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent).
– Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in HAZOP/HAZID reviews.
– Interface with clients, licensors, and third parties to resolve process-related issues during all project stages.
– Support field engineering teams with troubleshooting and modifications during construction and startup phases.
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree or above; engineering-related majors preferred but not mandatory.– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, with at least 2 years in process engineering roles.
– Experience in overseas EPC projects is highly desirable.
– Familiar with international codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO) applicable to oil & gas process systems.
– Proficiency in process simulation and engineering software tools.
– Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work in a multicultural environment.
– Russian or Uzbek language skills are a significant advantage.
