JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a leading Main Contractor, is seeking a Legal Advisor in Vietnam for the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Zone, Quang Yen Town BTPIZ project, someone in Vietnam from this end.
The office location will be Uong Bi, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. However, once the Temporary Offices on Site are operational, he will be stationed on site at Bac Tien Phong Industrial Zone, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province.
REQUIREMENTS
- Suitably qualified
- Able to travel to site on a daily basis
- Experience with Permits, Permissions, Approvals, Correspondence & Meetings with Authorities
- Experience & knowledge of Land Law, Construction Law & Land Compensation as well as practices in the jurisdiction in which he works & other related regulatory requirements in Vietnam
- Advising daily on the above and also the JVA
- Experience/knowledge with the pertinent rules applicable to Utilities
- Will be reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer
