Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Your Tasks:

• Posting AR and AP (trade and non-trade)
• Posting Bank transaction
• Posting cash transactions
• Preparation of statements and overviews as required
• Handling Petty cash (disbursement and collection)
• Preparing vouchers (cash, bank etc.)
• Preparing invoices
• HR (Time sheets, Leave sheets)
• General Administration
• Preparing and releasing of Monthly Salaries
• Preparing local schedules up to Finalization for Audit purpose
• Handling of the Annual Audit
• Handling Morocco VAT and other Taxes
• Handling Morocco Social Security

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Fluent in English & French
• Age 25-45
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years Morocco working experience in an accountant’s assistant or accountant position
• Familiar with accounting software preferred QuickBooks or Similar
• Good communicator
• Result driven
• Informing
• Stress resistant
• Motivating
