Business Development Manager - Power & Transmission (Morocco)

Business Development Manager required for leading Contractor within Power & Transmission sector in Morocco.

My client have an impressive portfolio of live work in the region, but their desire to further grow the business means they are looking for the following;

Graduate Electrical Engineer with 10-15yrs experience in the field of Power Transmission and Distribution (Substations/Transmission line/ Distribution/ Product). Experience in tendering/ business development would be highly preferable.

Role Description:
• Exploring new Business Opportunities in Morocco / Algeria
• Regional P&L ( Marketing plans and pricing)
• Business Networking with the Clients and Partners
• Competitor Mapping
• Evaluating Techno-commercial requirements and compliances
• Pre/Post Bid Stage Support
• Brand promotion
• Customer Relationship Management

Requirements

The chosen candidate MUST Be French / English speaking.

Skills:
• Business Networking with Public Sector (Local Government agencies) , Excellent communication , Negotiation, Sales and Marketing skills

Personal Attributes:
• Extrovert/Outgoing, Energetic and Self-motivated
