Job description / Role
Our client are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager to work at their corporate offices in Morocco. Our client are a leading Developer, that specialise in iconic mixed use, commercial and residential developments. Due to significant plans for growth in 2019, our client is looking to expand their senior management team in the region.
The successful Commercial Manager will report into the country head, and be directly responsible for the successful delivery of 4 mixed use master plans.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
• Arabic speak (necessity)
• 15 years’ experience working for a top tier developer / main contractor
• 8 years management experience
• 5+ years Morocco experience
• Previous experience working on a large mixed use master plan, ideally including 5* hotels
• Relevant industry degree
