The Finance Director is a high visibility role responsible for leading the financial analysis and reporting process. You will serve as the right hand to the C-level team as you support them in identifying and addressing the financial impact of business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Our client is an international company, looking for its Finance Director, based in Casablanca.
Description
The Finance Director is responsible for the following:
* Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Finance, Accounting, and Administration
* Oversee all accounting functions including
* Drive strong Financial Planning Process to allow the organization to have a clear 3-5 year strategic plan
* Provide coaching and guidance to staff
* Work to revamp the financial systems and work flow
* Presenting financial material to the boards finance and audit committees
* Work closely with the development team
* Use data to inform organizational decisions

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business management. CPA designation preferred.
* Five to seven years of experience in a senior financial management role with supervisory responsibilities and demonstrated leadership experience.
* Excellent people, analytical, organizational and written skills.
* Ability to meet multiple simultaneous deadlines and work well under pressure.
