Finance Manager

Reporting to both Country Director of Thales Morocco and Head of Finance Africa, you will deliver - as a Finance Manager - quality information on all company entities of the region for internal & external purposes. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of estimating, costing and for producing statutory & tax accounts.

Your responsibilities include:

• You will manage accounting of Thales local entities
• You will manage the local finance team and subcontractors
• You will be responsible of cash management, budgets, financial reporting and country dashboards
• You will participate to the preparation of commercial proposals (bid pack) on the financial and fiscal aspects
• You will be the main point of contact for banks, local governments and auditors.
• Upon request - you will lead financial studies and / or participate in financial initiatives at regional level.
• You will propose actions or corrective solutions to improve processes

Requirements

Your skills and experience:

• To succeed at this job, you must have: experience as a qualified accountant with strong accounting skills including knowledge of local GAAPs, local tax and consolidation IFRS.
• It would be preferred if you have strong knowledge of information systems and local labor, corporate and tax laws.
• You must be fluent in English.

• You must have a Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of accounting experience, including experience in a multinational company
