Job description / Role
CClient is a leading Provider of Medical Products is in search of a Head of Human Resources for their Moroccan branch.
Permanent, full time
Role:
- Understand business needs and identify related HR country priorities and collaborate closely with HR at headquarter Germany
- Provide managers and employees with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on any HR fundamentals
- Provide dedicated support to Managers and employees with specific focus on: employee engagement and –advocacy, HR fundamentals, employee relations management and performance management
- Ensure role - out of the overall HR operating model into the HUB/countries
- Execute local HR processes according to the overall HR master process set up
- Ensure application of all regional HR policies and guidelines in the HUB/countries
Requirements
- University degree in relevant subject matter
- Profound work experience in several HR functions in a multinational company
- Proven track record in executing key HRM processes (e.g. sourcing, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations)
- Experience in dealing with labour law and works council issues
- Fluent in English, French & Arabic
- Willingness to travel
