Paralegal - Morocco
An exciting opportunity for a highly organized, efficient individual with a keen interest in furthering their experience of the legal sector.
Duties will include:
Being responsible for building and maintaining an accurate log of all contracts.
Being responsible for monitoring, tracking and reporting on all contracts.
Maintaining a database of contracts and key governance documents.
Maintaining an accurate paper filing system for all original documents.
Being the first point of contact for all document inquiries.
Tracking and reporting on internal SLAs.
Supporting a team of lawyers with day to day tasks, like filing, scanning, document execution, etc.
Supporting a team of supply managers with captain invoices and payment tracking.
A degree from a recognized university.
1-2 years of experience in the legal sector.
Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Excellent literacy and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to accurately monitor information.
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
The role will be based in Casablanca. Local experience is desired but not essential. There is scope for the right candidate to grow in the role and get more exposure to other areas in the legal field.
