Procurement Manager - Arabic/French Speaking

My client is a leading EPC contractor who specialise in oil ad gas and marine projects and are currently working on the construction of a new port project in Morocco. They are looking for an experience Procurement Manager - Arabic/French speaking for the following .The Project Procurement Manager is responsible of all the Procurement activities for the Project in terms of costs, time and Quality. His role involves overall management of procurement activities and the different disciplines assigned under Procurement team in Project execution from its commencement, through to completion and close out. The Procurement Manager will manage a dedicated Project Procurement Team at site and ensure closer coordination among the Team members. The Procurement Manager will also strive to achieve Procedural integrity on his project.

Requirements

Candidates should have the following skills and experience;

• Mandatory command of English, and mandatory command of either French or Arabic
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience in EPC Marine Construction and/or Oil & Gas construction industry
• Minimum 15 years’ of relevant work experience with international exposure
• Excellent leadership and co-operation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and any other related software
• Excellent communication, negotiation and computer skills
