Overview

Kinetic is working with a leading medical device company that is hiring a regional sales manager to be based in Morocco.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key accounts and relevant KOL within the West African countries.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge in the medical devices industry.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations of the company's products and services.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns relating to the assigned territory and assigned products.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Only candidates currently based in Morocco will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience within the medical devices industry.
• Must have experience managing the West African countries.
• IVD experience is a must.
• Result-oriented, with good negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
