VAC6785 - Business Product Senior Specialist (Fixed Service)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To create B2B fixed service product portfolio for Enterprise and IP transit customers and including IPLC and DLC.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Create and manage end to end product lifecycle for fixed services
- Develop a strong fixed product portfolio, differentiating Ooredoo Business from other business operators
- Develop products by optimizing available technology resources and low costs
- Create and deploy innovative solutions to improve revenues and customer experience
- Manage and track KPIs on performance of B2B fixed & Wholesale services
- Interact with Sales, Communication, Finance, and customer Care

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- University Graduate
- 3-5 years product development and management experience in fixed services
- Excellent writing, reading and presentation skills in English language
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Understand telecommunication market with emphasis on B2B fixed services
- Experience in setting segmented product strategies and understanding of Marketing Plans and operations.
