Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Drive and champion the ICT Governance for Release and Change Management processes across other functions within the organization

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Interface with all business units as demand manager and lead the E2E process up to delivery and ready for service (RFS)
- Manage the ICT policy and process framework
- Maintain and manage the content of ICT Governance artefacts and reports
- Highlight all risks and issues and propose proper recommendations and planning
- Define and maintain SLAs/OLAs and deliverables with customers
- Coordinate Technical feasibility for project requests received from external BUs, in close consultation with relevant teams - Align with requester on any change in scope.
- Support the ICT management in analyzing project pipeline and recommending changes in project portfolio
- Plan ICT projects including coordinating specifications, budgets and timelines from relevant technical teams, in close consultation with their heads.
- Develop program & project delivery plans clearly defining roles and responsibilities and milestones.
- Support relevant technical teams in conducting technical feasibility, defining specifications, project budgets, RFQs, RFPs, MC approvals etc. in close consultation with their relevant heads.
- Plan and facilitate monthly project progress meetings with the suppliers including external agencies to discuss the status, issues and action plan on various projects in network domain.
- Monitor change request/variation orders in the projects.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ICT rollout project management across ICT Platforms
- BE (IT) or B.Sc (Computer)
- Expertise in Project planning, monitoring and execution
- Solid knowledge in IT standards and best practices like ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF.
- Proven knowledge in translating business requirements into operating technologies
