Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

PURPOSE:

To develop and implement the learning and development programs for all Ooredoo Myanmar employees across the organization.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Responsible to manage end-to-end learning & development programs, including learning needs assessment, design, delivery and evaluation to enhance competencies of OML employees; analysis reporting and administration
- Under the guidance of Talent Management Director, review and revise Talent Development Policy to become credible partner and talent leader of the organization
- Working with the HR system vendor, assist in design & administration of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) system and automation of learning and development processes for OML
- Monitor, analyze and report on of learning effectiveness (Return On Equity/ Return On Investment); recommend and implement improvements in employee competences and capabilities
- Following 70-20-10 development methodology, incorporate contemporary L&D solutions, as such as e-Learning, blended learning, social and workplace learning, and other learning interventions as appropriate
- Provide direction and guidance to Talent Development delivery team and develop them to ensure their capacity as competent trainers and facilitators, and stay up-to-date on learning and development trends
- Analyze L&D data and insights for decision making on current and future plans
- Prepare timely reports using appropriate format (including monthly report to job tasks and responsibilities) to demonstrate fulfilment against strategy, ROE and ROI
- Prepare appropriate multi-channel Talent Development communication to inform, engage and encourage all stakeholders
- Ensure appropriate record keeping of Talent Management material and resources for reference and access across the team

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor Degree in HR, L&D or Management discipline (preferably with globally or locally recognized L&D certification)
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Learning & Development and 3 years of management experience
- Strong experience in assessing learning needs, design and delivery of L&D programs
- Experience in assessing ROE & ROI methods and developing & revising L&D policies/procedures
- Ability to manage and on- time delivery of projects
- Demonstrated application of Adult Learning principles
- Fluency in English both spoken and written is mandatory requirement
