Job description / Role
Our Client, a well-known international construction company operating globally, urgently requires an ambitious and highly motivated Construction Manager to join their highly successful team in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
The requirement is for an ambitious Construction Manager with the ability to embrace the entire construction process on an iconic high rise residential project in Central Rotterdam. You will be responsible for overseeing all work on site, reporting in to the Project Director.
Salary:
EUR
6,500 to 7,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
• Experience on high rise residential or hotel projects (start – finish).
• Qualified in a construction related discipline.
• Stable experience working with Tier 1 main contractors.
• Fluent English speaker. Ability to speak Dutch would be advantageous.
The salary on offer is negotiable and the expat package includes accommodation and flight tickets.
