Job description / Role
To plan, organize, direct and control customer service operations planning necessary to effectively and efficiently manage the customer service networks (domestic, international and freight services) to achieve service level goals, including resource planning, scheduling, load balancing, intra-day operations and contingency planning, as well as the support functions necessary to the daily operations of the customer service centers.

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent. Six (6) years professional experience in automated customer service operations including one (1) year management experience in a workforce management environment. Knowledge of long-range planning, budgeting and group productivity. Knowledge of ACD and telecommunications operations. Knowledge of computerized systems and manpower scheduling. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skill
