Finance Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strategies in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, monitoring cash flows, and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective actions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare budget forecasts and financial reports.
- Monitor organizational cash flow and financial stability.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Coordinate audits and provide accurate financial information.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CMA or CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Proficient with financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Good leadership abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 22,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
