Job description / Role
Looking for a Finance Controller - Edible Oils Business Unit for my client who is a leading multinational Food & Agri commodities conglomerate having major presence in west Africa.
• The Finance Controller (FC) is responsible for accounting, financial and fiscal management aspects of the Company’s operations in close collaboration with CFO and the Business Team.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, accounting and budgeting processes, tax, risk management, compliance and optimize returns to the Shareholders.
• Partnering with the IT function to ensure that the Company’s IT technology to meet the challenges of the growth trajectory of the business and meet the data security.
• The Finance Controller reports to CFO.
Requirements
• Qualified CA , Experienced Finance Controller with 10+ years of overall experience and out of which 5 years in leadership role (incl. supply chain, commercial, controls, decision support, quality MIS, compliance and others).
• Knowledgeable of IFRS along with its right application
• Meaningful exposure to SAP, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Dynamics, others office tools as well as their business implications
