Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Review, Development, implementation and application of control, systems of internal Policies, Processes & Procedures, Audit, Risk and Assurance Strategic Plan within the organizations’ environment, in order to ensure that risk management and loss containment measures are adhered to in line with the organization’s strategy objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant project/business process management experience with specific experience in Internal Audit.
- Business Improvement and Process Mapping experience is key
- Experience in driving risk management function
- Proven experience of developing controls to block leakages within organizational set-up
- Knowledge of and experience in Risk and Compliance
- Experience in a projectized environment is key
- Experience in group facilitation, with the ability to direct, motivate and influence teams.
- Excellent verbal communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Assertive, methodical and analytical with good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrates commitment through action and is able to build and develop trust.
- Business Process Management and/or 6-sigma certification preferred but not required.
- Understanding and experience of strategic business management would be beneficial.
