Title: Sales Head - Cereal Industry
Department: Sales / Business Development
Product Segment: Flour Correctors, Additives, Enzymes etc.
Functionally Reports to: General Manager
Administratively Reports to: Operations Director

Job Objectives
- The Sales Head is responsible for developing a sales plan and sales strategy for market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability in consultation with General Manager.
- To manage sales of the company's products and services defined as per the area of coverage.
- To ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
- To establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- To develop and manage customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Requirements

Job Requirements
- Well exposed to B2B Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.
- Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
- As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.

Required Knowledge
- Types of Wheats and their characteristics
- Flour Correction based on different types of single and different wheat blends
- Enzyme knowledge for flour correction and other baking applications such as fine bakery products.
