Job description / Role
• Ensure all cargo revenue documents (manifest, copies of AWBs and postal mail documents) are received from cargo department and stations.
• File the manifest and copies of AWBs station wise.
• Update all postal mails documents manually in RAPID based on manifest and copies of AV7.
• Process, balance and close the batches.
• Clear exceptions.
• Enter trucking dummy invoices in rapid, process and close the invoices.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor, direct manager or head of department
Requirements
Fresh bachelor degree / Two years college Diploma in Accounts/Commerce is required.OR Specialised certificate in the related field with secondary School and having 04 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar functions.
Post-qualification work experience in a similar role in an organization of repute will be advantage and preferred Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing) : Proficiency in MS office
