Job description / Role
- Develops and runs the systems and processes for consolidation, reporting and budgeting
- Delivers the required monthly reporting in Local/Group GAAP
- Provides annually information on statutory docs (Financial Statement, tax filing, etc)
- Reconciles management reporting and statutory reports
- Contact point for the external auditor/consultant
- Ensure compliance to corporate accounting policies and operating procedures
- Secures financial operations by monitoring financial processing and reporting
- Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent standard in Finance and/or Accounting
- Professional experience of at least 6-7 years in Accounting Supervisory/Financial Controlling
- Sound knowledge of local GAAP
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Fluent in Arabic and excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
- Proficient in desktop software (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
