Employment: Full Time

Aftersales Supervisor - FAMCO - Oman

As part of Aftersales team, you will be responsible for to provide profitable and effective parts & service support for equipment population in the market.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Effectively and efficiently manage parts & service operations
- Business development for parts and service
- Provide quality product & customer support
- Efficient procurement and cost control
- Parts stock management
- Warranty & Contract Management
- Control of cash & receivables

Requirements

- University Graduate or suitable experience within relevant Automotive/Machinery industry.
- Minimum 5 years experience with reputable franchised Automotive/Commercial Vehicle/Industrial Machinery dealer or distributor
