Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Agent Hospitality - Majan Lounge

- To great, receive and bid farewell to the passengers in the reception.
- To collect the cards relating to access Majan lounge.
- To assure personally inform the passengers in the lounge for their flight departures,
- To carry our regular checks of the various areas of the lounge to ensure consistence cleanliness.
- To be well versed in the computer e-mails, internet services to assist the passengers when never required.
- Ensure submitting daily report to the officer in charge with proper filling and registering.
- Ensure telephone, WIFI, computers are serviceable throughout.
- Ensure staffs do not use the lounge or entertain friends in the lounge.
- Monitor passengers satisfaction with the services provided and collect passengers feedback.
- Ensure that the financial report is prepared with the correct number of passengers and amount

Requirements

- Fresh Two years college diploma in a related discipline with Cumulative GPA 3.0 OR IATA specialised course
- With Secondary School Certificate by 75% and above.
- Relevant work experience will be advantage, preferably in a hospitality / travel or customer service industry .
