Aluminium Factory Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Factory Manager to join our manufacturing team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The Factory Manager will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and innovation within our manufacturing operations.

- Run and Manage the fabrication, assembly and installation of Aluminum and glass works.
- Prepare material, quantity take off and fabrication cutting list.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Prepare all required reports daily, weekly, monthly.
- Estimate the Cost of Aluminum and glass and prepare budget control for each project.
- Managing production and planning activities from preprocessing up to final inspection

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
- Participate in the development of new products and processes, providing input on manufacturability and production feasibility.
- Identify and implement automation and technology solutions to streamline production processes.

- Specialized Curtain walling system, Doors & Windows is a must.
- Knowledge of production process for Aluminum factories.
- Able to handle the production of multi-projects running at the same time.
- Long experience in factories production for Aluminum, glass, and steel.
- Strong communication skills with experience in working with -multi-cultural employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
