Employment: Full Time

Position Objective

The position holds responsibility for the activities of multiple stores, achieving quantitative measures of performance within stores.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the recruiting, hiring, and training needs of the store, and making efficient decisions to enhance the overall performance of the store.
  • Orienting new employees to apparel store operations.
  • Achieving company objectives by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and ensuring they have the skills and support required for maximizing sales.
  • Representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per month, sales per square foot, sales turnover, shrinkage control, and increase in conversion percentage.
  • Setting store sales targets to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Ensuring scheduled staff meetings are conducted on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the standards of customer service at all the stores.
  • Adhering to and enforcing company SOP, policies, and procedures; loss prevention audit guidelines in all the assigned stores. Also, creating measures to ensure compliance by all employees.
  • Overseeing the implementation and execution of the visual merchandising guidelines at all the stores at all times.
  • Monitoring the inventory movement.
  • Recruiting and training the staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other etiquettes as per the company and brand requirements.
  • Evaluating the performance of employees annually and promoting open lines of communication through coaching and motivation.
  • Interpreting and making decisions on operations and visual standards based on store and client needs.
  • Communicating business drivers, merchandise and quality issues, and other related information.
