Assistant Finance Manager

We are working with a business operating in the retail sector which has a globally recognised brand name.

The position would suit a Senior or Chief Accountant from INDIA who wants to step up into their first Finance Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Working with the GM in a business partnering role
• Overseeing all the finance and accounting
• Monthly management reporting
• Overseeing stock, looking at stock liquidations
• Prepare initial budget, forecasts and business plans
• Provide relevant analysis and feedback to enable finalization of the budgets
• Monitor the cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and timely collections from sales.
• Coordination with supply chain coordinators
• Oversee inventories
• Assurance/ verification of fixed assets and stock.
• Prepare daily reports and data to top management about daily cashflow and daily takings.
• Prepare a 3 months rolling cash projection
• Prepare MIS and Dashboard reports
• Analyze, research and report on factors affecting/ influencing business performance.
• Handle year-end auditors

Salary:
OMR 1000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• CA, ACCA, CMA, Qualified accountant with 2-5 yrs PQE (aged around 30)
• Previous retail or FMCG experience
• Available to join max 1 month
