Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Supervise: equipment preparations, tray layup date & colour code should be within the guidelines as per hygiene regulations, equipment storage, general cleanliness of the working area, i.e. arrangement of storage bins as per allocated colour codes, proper usage of airline equipment’s.
- Maintain dummy trolley set ups on re-cycle basis for and Oman Air.
- Ensure sufficient stock of airline equipment (i.e. carts-trolleys-trays-melamine, etc) prior to tray-setting for smooth belt-work operation.
- Prepare requisition list for items required for the shift from Airline Stores and Central Stores
- Coordinate with Sous Chef on duty in order to ensure that meals supplied to the Operations are done on time and as per airline specifications.
- Prepare tray lay ups as per airline schedule and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare daily shift reports relating to staff matters, operational problems, equipment’s, etc.

Requirements

- Secondary School Certificate with 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Certificate in catering services would be an added advantage.
- Experience in the Airline industry preferably in assemble area within aircraft flight catering unit will be advantage.
