Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Advice and represent the company in front of the governmental agencies, courts etc....
• Review and advice contracts of the clients for the company.
• Previous owner association and housing cases experience is an advantage.
• Following up with the court for any verdicts or cases and act on behalf of the company.
• Experience in Construction and rest estate contracts is a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in Law with 3 - 5 years previous experience
• Omani Driving License
• Arabic is essential
• Ready to join asap
• Available in Oman
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
