Attache Oman Air Lounges

- To provide a warm welcome, courteous and possess professional manner to all our premium passengers and assist them in the lounges by introducing the lounges products, facilities, fact and figures.
- Provide “CAN DO” attitude and giving correct information to every premium guest according to the company policy.
- Be knowledgeable about the food and drinks displayed in the lounge and ensure that all menus provide in the lounge will be as per the menu rotations and as directed by the management.
- Offer guest their choice of drinks or items from the buffet area and guide them to their preferable sitting location they would like to have.
- Ensure that all dining area, buffet counter area ready for the operation and must be filled accordingly.
- Ensure all the private area, business Centre and toilets are been monitored for cleanliness.
- Prepare requisition and ensure that adequate stocks of food and beverage are provided as per daily requirement, arrangements to receive the ordered items to be made via stores as per the approved timings.
- Lounge be kept clean and tidy and ensure cleaning schedules maintained.
- Hygiene guide lines to be adhered as per company polices.
- Maintain stock control of food and beverage items.
- To attend duty punctuality as per the duty rosters, and ensure smart cleaning uniform is worn at all times. Staff should maintain good personal grooming.
- Report any malfunctioning of equipment to the supervisor so that corrective action can be taken.
- Maintain record of consumption of alcoholic drinks and forward the records to food and beverage department on a daily basis for analysis.
- Provide all the pre service set up for equipment’s e.g. cutlery, crockery, napkins etc. and condiments.
- Have a firm grasp of airlines product knowledge.
- Build excellent report to the guest and aim 100% guest satisfaction.
- Guest feedback must be reported and taken immediately action if possible.
- Assist reception if needed during busy operations.
- Filled the duty checklist and the important things be handover after the shift to next shift.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- Ensure that all standard of ISO food and safety management system 22000:2005 and quality management system 9001:2008 that relate to the job are always met.
- Any other duties as directed by the management.

Requirements

Certificate in catering operations / food and beverage service will consider as advantage. Secondary School education having with or without experience
