We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Service Center Manager to lead our service operations in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, a strong background in service management, and exceptional leadership qualities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the smooth operation of the service center. As the Automotive Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the automotive service center, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive technicians and service advisors to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Develop and implement service center policies and procedures to enhance productivity and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction metrics, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary resources to meet service demands.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to drive business performance and profitability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in the automotive industry.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the service center and attract new customers.
- Stay current with automotive technology trends and best practices, ensuring the service center remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Center Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or automotive engineer or any other relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as Automotive Center Manager
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations, repair processes, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using automotive service management software and other relevant technology.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary:
OMR 550 to 650 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
