We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager with proven knowledge in the masterbatch, polymers, or plastics industry to lead and grow our client base across the Middle East and East Africa.
You will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, managing key accounts, closing high-value deals, and building strong relationships with converters, packaging companies, and plastic manufacturers in sectors like BCF yarn, PET fiber, spunbond nonwovens, and etc.
Requirements:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in the masterbatch, plastic additives, or polymer industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Strong communication skills, existing industry contacts, and the ability to independently manage sales cycles are essential. Experience with BCF yarn, PET, spunbond, or film applications is a strong plus. Arabic or Russian language is a bonus. Engineering or Chemistry background preferred.
