Job Description:
• Brand Communication
• Continually work towards developing a strong brand name and image.
• Responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy
• Development of an effective content & communication strategy based on the brand strengths, marketing objectives and consumer realities
• Develop global brand communication strategy
• Customer Experience Enhancement
• Work proactively and bring new ideas to constantly improve the shopping experience based on customer behavior, market latest trends and competitor study.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of fashion brands, our competitors and our target groups not only gauge their online user experience trends but also understand their lifestyle trends, demographics and behavior.
• To send monthly updated reports on competitors and target groups to Operations head.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Understand our fast movers and slow movers and make visual merchandising strategies accordingly
• Introduce innovative ideas to improvise customer experience on our e-store/ mobile app
• Study & analyze customer feedback related to the design, browsing experience, etc
• Personally call the customers who have any negative feedback related to the website to understand their suggestions & work on it
• Brand Website Alignment To Brand Positioning
• Our E-store is the face of the brand, thus ensure that our e-store functionalities are working up to the mark.
• Responsible for systematic placing of all elements on the website for great shopping experience .i.e. product categories, product image, offers, new collections, policies, membership area, etc
• Conduct web review and analysis and take appropriate actions to improvise the web page and user journey
• Brainstorm the e-store & Mobile App theme, design ideas, content etc with senior management
• Coordinate for product image editing and creative editing, as required
• In case of any new updates on e-store, conduct “User Acceptance Testing” (UAT) and give feedback for improvisation to development team
• Make sure any functionality errors related to the e-store are communicated to web development agency
• Make sure that the final concept and e-store designs represents the brand image and brand positioning
• Cross-Functional Activities
• Work with Fashion Designers & Merchandiser to understand latest collections, latest & upcoming market trends
• Closely work with teams to ensure successful New Product/ Collection Launch
• Areas where there shall be a direct involvement along with colleagues/ team members:
• New product/ category launch,
• Product catalogue update,
• New offer/ festive collection launch,
• Product/ Offers positioning on e-store,
• Collaborate with marketing team and merchandiser while selection of products for marketing campaigns and promotional offers

Requirements

Prerequisites:

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communication

Experience:
• Overall 10+ years’ experience in Content & Communications

Gender:
• Female/ Male

Languages:
• English (mandatory) & Arabic (highly preferred)

• Creative and Innovative thinker
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
