Maintenance Manager - Oman - Big Fish Recruitment
Our client is an established facilities management company. They are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a role in Oman. Candidates should be from a Facilities Management background and have managed a large blue collar work force responsible for delivering Hard FM (MEP Maintenance) services. They should also be from an engineering background and a degree holder.

Requirements
• Degree qualified
• Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience
• Have managed a blue collar workforce
• Knowledge of both hard FM for accommodation or housing complex - desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management experience
• Some project work - desirable
• Ability to work under pressure
