Job Overview:
The manager will be responsible for the bunkering division's overall strategic, operational, and financial performance. This executive role demands a visionary leader with a profound understanding of the maritime fuel industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Operational Management: Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Financial Oversight: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new bunkering business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive expansion and growth.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and the board of directors.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Innovation and Sustainability: Promote innovation and sustainability initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a manager within the bunkering or maritime fuel industry space.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices in the bunkering space.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Key Qualifications:
• Focus on Petroleum Engineering/Bunkering Operations by Barge.
• Extensive experience in a senior managerial role within the bunkering or maritime fuel industry.
• Proficient in corporate finance and performance management, ensuring robust financial health and stability.
• Broad understanding of various business functions including marketing, PR, and sales.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and management best practices specific to the bunkering industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to promote revenue, profitability, and business growth.

Salary:
USD 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
