Job description / Role
An energetic person, with keen interest to be part of a prestigious company, in the areas of Business development, relating to the fields of Engineering, Construction and Integrated Facilities Management
Key Personal Responsibilities:
- Effectively contribute to the companies market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and establishing new business relationships
- Presents the company to the high profile stakeholders and projects in a strategic manner
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, announcements, press releases; tracking individual decision-makers and their corporates objectives contributors and accomplishments
- Ability to locate, propose and identify by contacting potential partners and clients
- Strong negotiation, influencing capabilities
- Closes new businesses by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential and avoid all conflict of interests
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Ability to enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Ability to work independently
Requirements
- Master in Business Administration/ Engineering or equivalent
- Very dynamic and energetic personality
- Mindfulness and business alertness
- Strong communication skills
- Sensing where business opportunities will appear
- Sourcing the scope of business
- Native Arabic speaker
- Excellent English skills
- Age band 28 to 36 years
