Our Windar – Aluminium Division is into fabrication and installation of Curtain wall, ACP cladding, Aluminium doors & windows

We are looking for Business Head to lead the Aluminium division to new height.

• Should have minimum 10 years of Marketing experience with reputed Aluminium & Glass Company in GCC. Propose, develop and manage the firm’s marketing strategies to meet business targets.
• Develop an annual Marketing Plan to achieve targeted results.
• Accurate forecast of sales demand.
• Enter monthly sales volumes forecast that best reflect forward sales.
• Leading a sales team.
• Travel to customer sites for pre and post sales activities involving face-to-face customer contact at all levels of organization.
• Product demonstrations for potential customers highlighting technical capabilities of the Plant node solution.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Increase revenue by up-selling current customers and activating new accounts through prospecting and referrals.
• Manage revenue by understanding how to maximize profits and mitigate losses.
• Perform analysis of customer situation to identify business needs, pain points and establish objectives or goals.
• Budgeting and create reports to produce at monthly meetings to be discussed with the Director.
• Assist with technical trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Relevant Business responsibilities.
• Responsible for Business development & Operations of Aluminium Division.
• Create statement of work, project plan and timelines for professional services and implementation projects.
• Co-ordination with production department.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Salary:
OMR 1,500 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: All inclusive package + 5% incentives on net profit

Requirements

• Should have Master's degree.
• Should have more than 15 years of Marketing & Business Development experience in Aluminium & Glass field in GCC is must.
• Should possess valid Gulf’s driving license.
• Must have a pleasing personality.
