Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Butler to provide exceptional personalized service in a luxury setting in Oman. The ideal candidate will manage household operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and excellence in service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to the needs of guests and residents with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage household staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize and oversee the maintenance of household inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including formal dinners and social gatherings.
- Provide personal assistance including packing/unpacking, arranging transportation, and managing schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the privacy of the household and guests at all times.
- Handle special requests and anticipate needs proactively to enhance the guest experience.

- Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-level hospitality role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of household management and service standards.
- Flexible with work hours and availability to meet the demands of the role.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for luxury service environments.

Salary:
OMR 200 to 250 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
