Description

This is a permanent, full-time role in Ireland for a Chef de Partie. The starting salary is €34,000 annually, based on a 39-hour work week. The final salary will be based on relevant experience and qualifications, and will increase proportionately if additional hours are required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality dish preparation and presentation, supervising junior staff, and maintaining strict hygiene standards. The role involves collaborating with the kitchen team to refine menu items and manage ingredients effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Sufficient relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Professional working level of English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
