Job description

United International Schools is seeking an experienced and motivated Chemistry teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. This role involves teaching Chemistry to students in Grades 9 through 12 as part of our internationally recognized Cambridge educational pathway. You will play a crucial role in fostering scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, preparing students for success in higher education and beyond.

Key responsibilities

Teach Chemistry to students from Grades 9 to 12, covering topics aligned with the Cambridge curriculum, including IGCSE, AS/A Levels, and the local General Education Diploma (GED) curriculum.

Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.

Utilize hands-on experiments and interactive teaching methods to enhance studentsu2019 understanding of chemical concepts.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the Science and Chemistry program.

Prepare students for international examinations and assessments.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a passion for scientific exploration.
