This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing developer based in Oman. As a forward-thinking organisation, our client would entertain senior commercial profiles from any construction industry whether it be main contractor or consultancy.
Working in conjunction with the Group Commercial Manager, the successful individual will form part of a dynamic team responsible for the continued growth and health of the organisation. Working within a centralised group commercial function you will oversee all areas of the business including both pre and post commercial responsibilities.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have both pre and post contract experience, ideally weighted towards the latter. Ideally the candidate will be RICS qualified but our client will look at cvs of candidates in RICS process. You will need to be well versed on the tendering process and be strong within cost management.
