Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on behalf of one our long-term Main Contractor clients for one of their iconic 5 star Hotel developments in Muscat. A luxury resort which will feature 450 room wi wellness centre, spa, health club, ballroom and multiple eateries/restaurants.
As part of this project they are looking to hire a Construction Manager with previous Hotels experience, preferably in Oman.
Requirements for this role include:
- Degree Civil Engineering
- 15 years postgraduate experience
- Must have 5-star Hotel experience
- Operated as a Construction Manager currently/previously
- Oman experience is preferred
