Contracts Lead/Senior Contracts Administrator

Job description / Role

A leading contractor based in Oman are currently looking to recruit a contracts Lead/senior contract administrator to be based at their office in Muscat. The role will include hands on management of contract administration.

Responsible under the auspices of the Commercial Manager for the management and administration of the commercial aspects of contracts both pre and post tender and execution in accordance with company internal controls, policies, local legal requirements and recognized good practice. To divide duties across all company business streams.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in an engineering, construction or Quantity surveying subject and should be a professional member of a recognised international institute such as RICS or IArb. Candidates should have previous experience as a senior contracts administrator/contracts manager and should have worked for contracts in the Middle East.
