Seeking a Contracts Manager with 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in the GCC, to oversee contract administration, claims management, and risk mitigation for a masterplan and infrastructure development under a PMC contract. The role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, managing disputes, and coordinating with key stakeholders to safeguard project interests.

Description

* Manage contract negotiations, administration, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure contractual obligations, variations, and claims are properly documented and addressed.
* Lead dispute resolution, risk assessment, and claims management in coordination with legal teams.
* Oversee contract execution and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with project requirements.
* Coordinate with PMC teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve contractual issues efficiently.
* Review and advise on tender documents, procurement strategies, and contractual frameworks.
* Implement cost control measures, payment certifications, and contract close-out procedures.
* Ensure adherence to local regulations, FIDIC guidelines, and industry best practices.
* Prepare and present contractual reports and risk assessments to senior management.
