Cost Controller (For EPC Project)

Job description / Role

- Be responsible for the analysis and cost control of the work Site, as well as it’s comparison with forecasts and variance analysis.
- Based on daily information conveyed by the production team (Managers, Heads of Production, Head of Section or Project Manager), update the cost of the various items of materials and raw materials used.
- Analyze and prepare appropriate reports to enable assessment and decision concerning: Financing, suppliers, customers (payment / collection), partners (financial solvency, presence, company information, etc.).
- Analyze the set of potential (mainly public) customers and prepare the commercial visits in which to present the Company.
- Translate all that technical, administrative, legal or commercial documentation required to enable for the understanding of the Director, by the latter, of the "keys" and most relevant points ahead of their taking into consideration.

Requirements

- Degree Qualified.
- Minimum of 7 years' industrial experience in a similar role.
- Recent experience in EPC organizations.
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
