Charterhouse is undertaking a search for an investment firm, who are focused on the blockchain technology space. Continued regional growth has led them to expand their Data Centre. This organisation is now actively looking to hire a Supervisor for said Data Centre, based in Oman.

The Data Centre Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and safety of all data centre personnel. There will be a range of IT and administrative tasks to be completed to ensure efficient and organized data centre systems.

This role will ensure that the data centre teams are monitoring Blockchain container systems, keeping daily records of equipment and inventories effectively and with the greatest optimization. Tasks relating to the role will be executed in collaboration with management and co-workers to ensure the highest levels of communication, support, and advice.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum 2 years’ experience related to the IT field with operation. Supervisory skills training & site exposure or similar is preferred.

The successful candidate should hold a relevant Degree from an internationally recognised University. Flexibility to be available for a variety of shifts (shift work, night-shift, weekends, holidays and on-call) is required.
