You will drive local information into Consensus Demand Plan through Monthly Business Planning Cycle and provide the right supply visibility to all stakeholders, coordinating and ensuring planned execution, promo planning and order fulfillment management. Leads the MBPC in OPC across all functions .

A day in the life of

- Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) improvement: (accuracy level and variability, bias balance)
- Implement improvements to Demand and Supply Planning processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: increased efficiencies etc.)
- Share & align demand plan with Cat DP by capturing, prioritizing, and analyzing input from Generating Demand on events; customer, consumer & competitor information; other external / internal trends and influences that impact planning.
- Highlight and manage exceptional demand and supply issues, such as unrealistic demand, material shortage, etc.
- Ensure timely reporting to local management (GBM, BDM Supply Chain ) for MBPC meetings
- Drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan.
- Communicate these actions to stakeholders.
- Follow up on local execution (promo & regular sales)
- Coordinate and plan stock movements between DC & Co-packer
- Maintain & align weekly forecast through conducting weekly exception reviews & communicate through OpDSR
- Drive and share 6-week rolling exceptions within OPC through WER and highlight to category demand management to align supply accordingly.
- Ensure timely input to the sign off process of Demand Plan and alert any deviations to changes to the demand Plan to category DSP
- Supporting unfulfilled orders management
- Duplicate order management
- Support order execution with CS ensuring orders in line with forecast (PIPO, delisted SKU's, SFA update etc.)
- Responsible for OOS Reason Codes and drive actions
- Responsible to monitor/follow-up on ageing stock depletion
- Adherence to D&SP best practices through NCE
- Coordination between Sales, CCSD & SC providing transparency and maintain good communication and collaboration.
- Support local Sales team by providing input on a regular basis regarding positive trends (ex. consecutive bias) and exceptions in terms of orders and potential Supply issues.
- Drives the Monthly Business Planning Process (MBP) in the organization and ensures practices are in place.
- Evaluate and Review DSP KPI targets and results to take corrective actions for improvement

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful?

- Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market / business level, in at least one of the following areas:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Supply Chain Development
- Customer Service & Logistics
- Procurement
- Statistical Analysis
- If not held a commercial role before joining Demand Planning, a mission to a sales related function is strongly recommended
- Desirable to have had exposure to LEAN concepts and tools
