Deputy Project Director - Healthcare
Oman
$120k + Expat benefits package
This leading hospital specialist is looking for a Deputy Project Director for a major new healthcare scheme in Oman.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* UK hospital construction experience - essential
* Prior Middle East experience
* Proven track record of taking a large hospital project from design through to construction, fit-out, commissioning and handover
* Main contractor background
* Educated to degree level
The project is in the foundation stage, with the concrete frame about to begin, and has at least 3 years left.
The role will based a commutable distance to Muscat so candidates on either single or married status can be considered.
